3. Ordering & Payments

Artisan Lux specializes in bank transfer and mobile money payments (EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks). After placing an order, you are required to upload a clear proof of payment. Orders are only verified and processed once confirmed by our financial team.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We offer standard and express shipping within Zimbabwe. Hand-delivery is available in select areas of Harare. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artisan Lux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products purchased from our platform.
