User-Generated Content Terms

1. Your rights

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content that you upload. Nothing in these terms transfers copyright away from you.

2. License you grant to Artisan Lux

By submitting UGC you grant Artisan Lux a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, host, store, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your content in connection with operating and promoting the store. This includes using your review text and photos on product pages, marketing emails, social media, and editorial content.

We will never sell your UGC as a standalone product or license it to third parties unrelated to the sale and promotion of our products without your separate consent.

3. Community guidelines

When you submit UGC, you agree that it will not:

• Contain hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.
• Infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Include personal data of other people without their permission.

4. Moderation

We reserve the right to edit, hide, or remove UGC that violates these guidelines or does not reflect an authentic experience. We may also highlight, "pin", or feature certain reviews and photos that are especially helpful to other buyers.

5. Contact

If you want us to update or remove UGC you have submitted, contact our concierge team via the contact form or WhatsApp and we will review your request.
